You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Shipping rates are as follows:

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.
UK Mainland Standard - 3-5 working days - £5
UK Islands - Up to 7 working days - £15
Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be processed.
For orders shipping internationally please allow for up to 14 working days to receive your order once it has been shipped.
Europe Tracked Delivery - From £15
Rest of World Tracked Delivery - From £25
(Please note: For International orders, additional taxes and fees may be required upon delivery depending on local legislation. Arc Originals is not responsible for any of these fees and therefore must be fully paid for by the customer.)
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14 days returns policy in which you can return your item(s) to us for any reason within 14 days of having received it (NOT including sale items or discounted items). In order to qualify for a full refund, the product(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was received. The original receipt and ALL original packaging, price labels etc. must be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort we advise that you try them on a soft, clean surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles/uppers may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however, exceptions may be made if the fault was due to an error on our end. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
After your return is received and processed, we'll refund the order value (Return shipping costs not included) to your original method of payment.
If you return an order, always make sure to keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. We also recommend for your own protection that you use a delivery service that can ensure you for the value of the goods as they are your responsibility until we receive them.
When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you follow the instructions on the returns form, and use the given address info to ensure it reaches us. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you do not receive one or lose it, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you would like to exchange your Item(s), please simply return it using the method stated above and place a new order for your desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will have the stock available for an exchange.
